1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine, softened
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
8-10 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. pecans, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese
Cream together sugar, egg, and margarine. Add pineapple, Cool Whip,
pecans, and cream cheese; mix well. Place layer of vanilla wafers
in 9 x 13 glass dish. Top with layer of 1/2 Cool Whip mixture.
Repeat layers, ending with Cool Whip mixture on top. Refrigerate
until well chilled. Serve with a spoon or cut into squares.
