1 pkg. golden Oreos (36 cookies) 6 Tbsp. butter, melted 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 c. powdered sugar 16 oz. Cool Whip, divided 2 3.4-oz. pkgs. instant cheesecake pudding mix 3 c. milk 3 1/2 c. sliced strawberries Crush entire package of Oreos with a food processor or by placing cookies in a gallon-sized Ziploc bag and crushing them with a rolling pin. When they are fine crumbs, transfer them to a large bowl and mix in butter. Press cookie mixture into a 9 x 13 pan and refrigerate while you prepare the remaining layers. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 c. Cool Whip; spread over cookie layer. Combine pudding mix, milk, and 1 c. Cool Whip; spread over cream cheese layer. Layer sliced strawberries on pudding mixture and spread remaining Cool Whip on top. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
