1 1/2 c. sugar 2/3 c. evaporated milk 3/4 c. margarine 1 tsp. vanilla 1 - 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped 7 oz. jar marshmallow creme 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips Combine sugar, milk, and margarine in stainless steel pan; bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla, pecans, marshmallow creme, and chocolate chips. Stir until creme is dissolved. Spray large plate with light coating of Pam.
