ALMOND CURRIED FRUIT

20-oz. can sliced peaches, drained
15 1/2-oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
16-0z. can pear halves, drained
16 oz. jar maraschino cherries, drained
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. curry powder

Place first 4 ingredients in 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle fruit
with almonds. Combine butter, brown sugar, and curry powder. Top
fruit with brown sugar mixture. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
