CHOCOLATE ICING

2 Tbsp. soft butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 Tbsp. milk

Mix butter and vanilla in a medium sized bowl. Gradually add 1 c.
sugar and 2 Tbsp. cocoa. Gradually add milk and remaining sugar
for desired consistency. Yield: icing for a one-layer cake
