2 c. flour
1 c. Crisco
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. vinegar
5 Tbsp. ice water
Cut dry ingredients into Crisco and butter until pea sized. Add
egg, vinegar, and water. This makes a very soft dough. Divide in
half and roll out on a well-floured board.
