1/2 c. butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3 large eggs
1 pkg. frozen coconut
1 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. vanilla (or lemon) flavoring
1 deep dish pie crust or 2 regular pie crusts
Melt butter, add sugar and flour. Mix well. Add eggs. Mix well.
Add coconut and mix well. Add milk and vanilla. Mix well. Pour
into pie shell(s) and bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
