COCONUT PIE

2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. plain flour
1 stick butter
1 c. milk
4 eggs
1 can coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
2 9" pie crusts

Mix sugar and flour. Melt butter, then add milk, eggs, butter,
coconut, and vanilla; mix. Combine with sugar and flour. Bake at
350 for 45-55 minutes, until firm. Makes 2 9" pies.
