COCONUT PIE

1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
pinch of salt
1 c. coconut
1 large deep dish pie crust

Mix all ingredients well, adding coconut last. Bake at 375 for 15
minutes. Lower oven to 350 and bake until done. This recipe makes
a large pie; double for 3 pies.
