1 lb. brown sugar 1/8 lb. butter, softened 3 eggs, separated 2 Tbsp. flour 1 tsp. vanilla 2 Tbsp. milk or use 1/2 c. 1 uncooked pie shell Cream sugar and butter. Add egg yolks, flour, vanilla, and milk. Beat until creamy. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into mixture. Pour into uncooked pie shell and bake at 300 for about an hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
