3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
1 10" deep dish crust

Mix eggs, sugar, potatoes, heavy cream, butter, and vanilla until
well incorporated. Pour into an unbaked 10" deep dish crust.

1 c. pecans, crushed
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt

Mix ingredients and spread on top of pie. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
