1/2 c. butter, softened 1 1/2 c. white sugar 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour 3 eggs 1 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. vanilla 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/8 Tbsp. freshly grated nutmeg 1 9" unbaked pie crust Preheat oven to 350. Mix butter and sugar. Add flour. Beat eggs until frothy; add to mixture. Stir in buttermilk, vanilla, lemon juice, and nutmeg. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 40-60 minutes or until center is firm.
