1 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. buttermilk 1/2 c. biscuit mix (Bisquick recommended) 1/3 c. or 5 1/3 Tbsp. butter, melted 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract 3 eggs Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9" pie pan. Put all ingredients in bowl and blend for 1 minute with a hand-held mixer. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake for about 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
