1 can condensed milk 2 eggs, separated 1/3 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring 1/s tsp. vanilla flavoring 1/3 c. lemon juice 1 graham cracker crust Pour milk in bowl; add 2 yolks, beaten until smooth. Add sugar and mix thoroughly. Add lemon flavoring and vanilla flavoring; mix again. Add lemon juice, pouring in a little at a time and stir. Mixture should be thick after stirring in flavoring and lemon juice. Pour into pie crust and put into 400 oven for 5 minutes or until the meringue is beaten and ready to put on pie. Take out and add meringue; put back in oven until light brown. Meringue 2 egg whites 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar 1/3 c. sugar Bet egg whites until stiff. Add cream of tartar and beat some more. Add sugar and beat a little more. Put on top of pie and cook at 400 until light brown.
