Filling 1 14-oz. can Borden Sweetened condensed milk 1/2 c. ReaLemon lemon juice 1 tsp. grated lemon peel 2 egg yolks 1 crumb or baked pastry shell Blend all ingredients and pour into pastry shell. Meringue 2 egg whites, at room temperature 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar 1/4 c. sugar Whip whites with cream of tartar to form soft peaks. Gradually whip in sugar. Continue to whip just until whites hold firm peaks. Pile meringue onto the filling; seal edges. Bake at 325 for 15 minutes.
