CHEESY PEACH PIE

3/4 c. self-rising flour
3 oz. pkg. dry cook and serve vanilla pudding, NOT instant
3 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
15-20 oz. can sliced peaches in heavy syrup
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. peach juice

Combine flour, pudding mix, butter, egg, and milk. Beat 2 minutes,
then pour into buttered pie dish. Drain peaches, reserving juice.
Place peaches over batter. Combine cream cheese with sugar. Add
peach juice. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spoon mixture to
within 1" edge of batter and peaches. Bake at 350 for 30-35
minutes. If you love cinnamon, sprinkle a little on top.
