1/2 lb. peaches, drained 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 eggs, well beaten 1 Tbsp. flour 1 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla unbaked pie crust Cook peaches in a double boiler, until tender. Sweeten to taste with sugar, about 1/2 cup. Combine eggs, 1 cup of sugar, flour, milk, and vanilla; mix well. Spread peaches into unbaked pie crust. Cover peaches with mixture.
