3 Tbsp. tapioca 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 large can crushed pineapple 3 Tbsp. water 1/2 stick butter, melted 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 unbaked pie crusts Mix all ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Lattice (strip) 2nd pie crust over the mixture. Bake at 350 until brown; will thicken as it cools.
