3 eggs 2/3 c. white sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. white Karo 1 c. (plus) pecan halves 1/3 c. butter, melted 1 unbaked pie shell Beat eggs and add all other ingredients except pecans. Mix well. Preheat oven to 350. Bake pie shell for 5 minutes. Place pecan halves in bottom of shell with top of pecan up. Pour filling over pecans; they will rise to the top. Bake 40-45 minutes.
