1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
3/4 c. corn syrup
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans
1 unbaked 9" pie shell
Beat eggs until frothy. Stir in pumpkin, syrup, sugar, cinnamon,
and salt. Pour into pie shell and sprinkle with pecans. Bake at
350 for 50-60 minutes or until firm in middle. Chill and serve
with whipped topping.
