6 eggs, beaten 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla dash of salt 1 large box instant chocolate pudding 1/2 c. cocoa ice and ice cream salt Place tub and dasher in freezer at least 30 minutes prior to fixing ice cream. Beat all ingredients together, excluding ice and ice cream salt. Pour mixture into tub. Place in freezer bucket. Plug the mixer in and start adding ice in bucket. Once half full, pour ice cream salt all around. Add more ice. Keep tub packed with ice and salt. Should take about 30-45 minutes to freeze.
