1 gal. milk 4 c. granulated sugar 6 eggs 1 c. corn starch 2 Tbsp. vanilla (opt.) 1-2 c. light cream (opt.) For a 1 1/2 gallon freezer, heat 1 gallon of milk. Combine sugar, eggs, and cornstarch, stirring until smooth. Add slowly to hot milk over heat, stirring constantly until thick. Cool. Add vanilla and light cream, if desired. Pour mixture in freezer and freeze. Add chocolate syrup, crushed pineapple, strawberries crushed, or other fruit if desired.
