MINT TEA

40 fresh mint leaves
4 c. water
2 Tbsp - 1/4 c. sugar or honey, to taste

Wash mint, then put it in a tea ball infuser. Fill pot with water
and put on stove; put infuser in to boil until all bubbles on
surface are rolling. Pull infuser out of the water, then add sugar
and honey. Stir until sugar is syrup-like inside the tea.
