2 pkgs. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. cold water
1 lg. can pineapple juice
1 lg. can orange juice
1 c. lemon juice
2 qt. orange sherbet
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 qt. bottle ginger ale
Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add sugar and stir until
dissolved. Add cold water. Add juices to Jello mixture. Chill
well. Spoon in sherbet and ice cream. Mix thoroughly. Just
before serving, add ginger ale. Great for a wedding or shower.
Yield: 40 punch cups
