2 Tbsp. unfiltered apple cider vinegar with "mother" (Bragg brand)
3 Tbsp. raw honey or blackstrap molasses
2" piece fresh ginger root, peeled and finely minced
4 c. water (or 2 c. water and 2 c. Seltzer)
1/2 fresh lime, juice and zest

Mix all ingredients in a large jar, shake well, and place in
refrigerator overnight. To serve, pour over ice (or add 1/2
switchel and 1/2 Seltzer). Serves: 4 cups

This is a fermented drink that combines the benefits of its
ingredients for a refreshingly electrolyte drink.
