1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
2 c. raw shelled peanuts, skin on
Dissolve sugar in water in saucepan. Add peanuts and cook over
medium heat, stirring often. Cook until peanuts are completely
sugar coated - no syrup remaining. Pour onto ungreased cookie
sheet, separate with fork. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes, stirring
every 10 minutes.
