16 ounces pecan pieces 1/2 c. melted unsalted butter 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp. ground allspice 1/4 tsp. ground ginger In a slow cooker, stir the pecans and butter together until well blended. Add the confectioners' sugar and spices, stirring to coat pecans evenly. Cover and cook on HIGH for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to low and cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until nuts are coated with a crisp glaze, about 2 hours. Great served warm. Also makes a nice gift when placed in a holiday tin.
