1 egg white, beaten stiffly 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. pecan halves Preheat oven to 300. Combine egg white, brown sugar, and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in pecan halves, coating well. Spread out evenly on cookie sheet (not touching each other). Bake about 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
