1 1/2 pkg. cream cheese 1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained 2 to 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar 2 Tbsp. green onion (optional) 2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped ham (optional) 1 c. chopped pecans Combine all ingredients. Mash into a ball and chill. Roll in crushed pecans. Refrigerate until served.
