1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed 1/8 tsp. cinnamon 1 Tbsp. sugar zest of 1 orange 1/4 c. finely chopped pecans 1/4 c. finely chopped dried cranberries In an electric mixer bowl, combine the cream, juice, cinnamon and sugar on medium speed until smooth. Fold in orange zest, pecans and cranberries. Refrigerate overnight. Garnish with mint leaf, dried cranberries or orange zest. Makes 1.5 cups spread. Serve with Toll House crackers or dippers.
