1 lb. pkg. sausage
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can original Ro-Tel
Brown sausage in a skillet; drain the grease from the sausage. Drain
can of Ro-Tel; add to the sausage. Add both packages of cream cheese
to mixture; let melt. Serve hot with tortilla chips. You can keep
in a crock-pot on warm to keep it hot.
