8 to 10 hard-boiled eggs 2 Tbsp. mayo 2 Tbsp. mustard 1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar Remove shells from eggs. Mix all the mayo, mustard and vinegar. Halve the eggs and take yellow yolks and mash them well.
