8 to 10 hard-boiled eggs
2 Tbsp. mayo
2 Tbsp. mustard
1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
Remove shells from eggs. Mix all the mayo, mustard and vinegar.
Halve the eggs and take yellow yolks and mash them well. Add the
mayo, mustard and vinegar mixture to the eggs; mix well. Spoon into
the white of the egg.
