1 lb. ground beef 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 2/3 c. milk 3/4 c. oatmeal 2 Tbsp. fat Combine ingredients; shape into 12 meatballs. Brown all sides in hot fat. Make sauce. Sauce: 1/2 c. catsup 2 Tbsp. vinegar 2 tsp. mustard 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Make sauce. Place meatballs in dish; pour on sauce. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
