Add cubed Velveeta cheese, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce to pan with sausage; melt cheese, stirring mixture together. Top each piece of rye bread with sausage mixture; place on sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
