1 lb. pork sausage 1 (4 oz.) pkg. mild shredded Cheddar cheese 1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese 1/4 tsp. oregano dash of garlic powder 2/3 c. mayonnaise 16 English muffin halves Scramble sausage; drain well. Mix all other ingredients together with sausage. Split muffins open. Add about 2 to 3 tablespoons mixture to each muffin half. Bake at 500 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes; watch very carefully (not to burn). If necessary, you can put them under a broiler the last 2 minutes, if cheese has not melted.
