1 lb. hot sausage 1 lb. mild sausage 1 cluster green onions, chopped 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature) 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese fillo cups Brown sausage; drain. Add onions and cream cheese; mix well. Slowly stir in cheese. Spoon mixture into fillo cups. Bake in oven at 400 degrees until brown. Makes about 6 dozen.
