1 lb. beef or chicken 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix, fixed according to directions on packet 1 can buttermilk biscuits 1/2 c. shredded cheese Brown meat; drain fat. Add taco seasoning mix. Spray muffin pan with Pam spray. Flatten biscuits and press into bottom of muffin pan. Fill biscuits with seasoned meat. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; bake another 2 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Add sour cream or salsa, if desired.
