4 c. beef broth
1 tsp. caraway seed
1 large onion
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. milk
Brown flour in butter. Add the caraway seed and onion; brown until
seeds start to burst. Slowly stir in the broth. Let simmer slowly
for 5 minutes.
For Dough: Mix together flour, eggs and milk; spoon into simmering
