Add cumin, garlic powder, turmeric, coriander, peppers, chilies and tomatillos; mix together. Add chicken stock and broth. If possible, roast poblanos and then peel, or just chop and add in. Rinse cannellini beans, corn and hominy in a strainer and add. Clean rotisserie chicken from the bone; chop or shred. Lastly, add the finely chopped cilantro and basil to taste.
