1 qt. water 2 lb. ground beef 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. cumin 1 onion, chopped 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 cloves garlic, mashed 2 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. chili powder 1 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp. allspice 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 3 bay leaves 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms Brown ground beef in a large stockpot or Dutch oven; drain off fat. Add water, cinnamon, cumin, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, chili powder, black pepper, red pepper, allspice, tomato paste, bay leaves and mushrooms; bring to a boil.
