shredded rotisserie chicken
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 to 1 whole chopped onion
1 can chopped green chilies or jalapenos
2 cloves minced garlic or 1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 to 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. cumin
3 cans Great Northern beans
3 cans chicken broth
Mix all ingredients. Simmer at least 1 hour, or on low in a
crock-pot 3 to 4 hours.
