1 bell pepper
1 garlic glove
1 can chicken broth
1 can Ro-Tel
1 can pinto beans
1 can tomato basil
2 c. cooked rice
Dice sausage and brown; set aside. Saute diced bell pepper, onion
and garlic in small amount of oil. Add diced sausage and sauteed
vegetables in a medium pot. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on low
for 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
