2 cans Italian diced tomatoes
4 c. chicken broth
1 block cream cheese/goat cheese/mascarpone
1 small bag spinach or spring mix
1 lb. cooked sausage
1 pkg. cheese tortellini
Brown and drain the sausage; put in crock-pot with other ingredients.
Cook on low for 4 hours. May need to add more water.
Note: Recommend Knorr chicken flavor bouillon instead of cans of
broth. Four tablespoons bouillon and 4 cups water.
