3 large diced potatoes
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 c. chicken broth
1 qt. milk
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. pepper
Boil peeled potatoes (10 minutes); drain. Put them in fresh water.
Add broth; add the seasonings. Cook until potatoes are tender. Put
milk in double boiler; add flour and butter or margarine. When hot,
stir until thick. Pour into potato mixture and bring to boil.
