1 (10 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 cans chicken broth
10 medium potatoes, diced
1/2 stick butter
1 pkg. real bacon pieces
6 green onions, chopped finely
1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Peel and dice potatoes. In large pot, boil potatoes in chicken broth
until tender. Add cream cheese and butter, stirring constantly until
melted. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve topped with bacon
pieces, Cheddar cheese and green onions.
