SAUSAGE CHOWDER

1 lb. sausage
1 small onion
3 potatoes, diced
2 c. water
1/4 tsp. basil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 large can Carnation milk

Brown sausage and onion together in a skillet; drain grease. In a
saucepan, add potatoes, water, basil, salt and pepper; cook until
potatoes are tender. Add sausage, corn and Carnation milk. Bring to
a boil. Serve with crackers or corn bread.
