1 lb. ground beef 1 medium onion 1 can pinto beans 1 can kidney beans 1 can black beans 1 can Shoe Peg corn 15 oz. tomato sauce 15 oz. diced tomatoes 1 can Ro-Tel 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch mix flour tortillas or tortilla chips shredded cheese (optional) sour cream (optional) Brown meat and onion; drain. In a large pot, mix beans, tomatoes, sauce, corn, Ro-Tel, taco seasoning, Hidden Valley Ranch mix and beef. Simmer for 1 to 2 hours. Serve with flour tortillas or chips.
