2 lb. ground beef 1 large onion 1 bell pepper 1 can black beans 1 can pintos 1 can white Shoe Peg corn 2 cans Ro-Tel 2 cans chicken broth 2 pkg. dry Ranch dressing 1 large bag Fritos 1 c. Cheddar cheese Brown and drain ground beef. Saute onion and bell pepper; add to a large pot. Drain and rinse beans and corn; add rest of ingredients. Cook 20 minutes on low.
