1 box orzo
1 bag fresh baby spinach, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
1 container Feta cheese, crumbled
1 bag pine nuts
1 pkg. sun-dried tomatoes (julienne style or chopped into small

Cook orzo; drain and rinse. Let cool. Add all other ingredients,
