2 lb. shrimp
3 boiled eggs
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. capers
Bring shrimp to a boil; cook 3 minutes. Peel, devein and marinate in
Italian dressing for an hour or so; drain. Add other ingredients.
Cover and chill.
